Can you recommend properties to rent or landlords to rent from?
OCHRS can not recommend properties or landlords. Our office functions as a middleman between landlords and prospective tenants by listing available local housing. We can not guarantee housing or the quality of housing and the University is also not liable for any mirepresentation between the landlord and the student. If at any point, a student has questions or concerns about the lease or property our office is available to answer questions and suggest resources.
